(News Channel 9) – The mistreatment of ice cream may have gone to an all new level in Florida. Police in Indian Shores arrested a woman who they say is caught on camera using the bathroom without washing her hands, and picking her nose before sticking her fingers in a tub of ice cream. Wypcha of St. Petersburg with criminal mischief and with violating Florida’s anti-tampering act. Investigators said Wypcha touched the ice cream on five different occasions. In one incident, police said Wypcha spit on the ice cream containers. On June 22, police said Wypcha tried to use the restroom but found the door locked. In the video, police said Wypcha urinated in an ice cream bucket and emptied it in a sink used by store employees to wash utensils. READ MORE
