The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is assisting with a shooting investigation in Azusa, Calif., according to the department’s Twitter account. The tweet reported the shooting is near West Fifth Street and North Orange Avenue.

There is a polling place within a block of the reported shooting. The polling place, at the Memorial Park North Recreation Center, was locked down, Francisco Vargas told the Desert Sun via a direct message on Twitter..
