(The Christian Post) Despite biblical warnings against the practice of witchcraft, the Rev. Valerie Love, who describes herself as a practicing Christian witch and an ordained minister of spiritual consciousness, is insisting that there is nothing wrong with Christians being witches and has recently launched a school to help Christians tap into magic. “Stop thinking you can tell people how to worship. Stop thinking you can tell people how to connect with the divine. I could tell you how many people have told me,
‘You can’t be a Christian witch’ but here I am. See, you can’t tell me how to worship. You cannot tell me how to connect with the divine. That’s between me and God. You cannot tell me how to pray,” a defiant Love declared in a recent rant on Facebook. She explained that she was “born a witch” but was forced to stifle her identity as a Jehovah’s Witness from age 4 to 30 when she finally left the “cult.””Where do we get off believing that we can actually dictate to other people how they worship. … It’s not our lane,” Love said. Matt 6:9 ( Jesus Christ said ) “You must pray, then, this way: “‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified.
So much for ” You cannot tell me how to pray,” a defiant Love declared in a recent rant on Facebook ”
Wonder what else she got wrong ?
Hardly surprising that the predominance of the witches in this picture are of the Tribe of Dan. A tribe banished by G-d for practicing witchcraft. But it’s not PC to point out the overwhelmingly disproportionate number of African and Caribbean nation people’s that practice witchcraft.
To many people say, they are Christains .You must born again to be one.Faith alone in Christ alone.
Nothing new under the sun. Some Hispanics especially from the Caribbean mix Catholicism and Santeria (a form of witch craft). Supposedly there are two types: white and black or good and evil witchcraft, which is the excuse to continue practicing it. Our bible does not differentiate between good or evil witchcraft, all of it is bad. Religion and Witchcraft or any kind of occult requires ‘belief’ of some sort. You can not believe in both the power of Jesus to break every chain or your power (through channeling of dead people and spirit world). Christianity believes in denial in self. Witchcraft believes that you have power within yourself, the opposite to what the bible tells us. So no, you can not practice both. Jesus said regarding money but it can apply here as well…..You will either believe in one or the other, but cannot be both at the same time.
Exodus 22:18
Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.
Deuteronomy 18:10
There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,
