Twitter boss Elon Musk has unveiled a new plan called ‘Master Plan 3’ to lead Earth towards a more sustainable future. Musk, 51, said his new plan would be presented at the next Tesla shareholder meeting on March 1, adding “the future is bright”.

In March 2022, the SpaceX founder confirmed on Twitter that he was working on Master Plan Part 3 for his car company. On February 8, 2023, he wrote on his microblogging site: “Master Plan 3, the path to a fully sustainable energy future for Earth will be presented on March 1. The future is bright!”

Last year, he revealed exactly what Master Plan 3 was, writing it was essentially mostly about Tesla, not humanity in general. “Main Tesla subjects will be scaling to extreme size, which is needed to shift humanity away from fossil fuels, and AI. But I will also Include sections about SpaceX, Tesla and The Boring Company,” Musk wrote.

The billionaire released his first Master Plan in 2006, which outlined a strategy for Tesla to grow outside its niche and into a mainstream provider of cars.

The plan could be condensed into four steps – Build sports car; use profits to build an affordable car; use profits from that to build an even more affordable car and, while doing this, also provide zero-emission electric power generation options.

Teslarati reported the plan also referenced the potential for electric vehicle owners to use renewable energy sources like solar power to charge their cars. (SOURCE)
