(ETH) – Dominion Voting Systems has just sent a cease and desist letter to My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell over what they are saying about his spread of misinformation related to the 2020 election.

According to the report, The letter also orders Lindell to “preserve and retain all documents relating to Dominion and his smear campaign against the company.” He must also preserve all communications with any member of the Trump campaign, in addition to communications with Rudy Giuliani, Powell, Jenna Ellis, and Lin Wood.

The letter has been reportedly sent in reaction to Trump and several of his allies being accused of pushing false conspiracy theories about the company, leading Dominion to take recent legal action. The company is also suing pro-Trump lawyer Sidney Powell for defamation and $1.3 billion in damages, and a Dominion employee has sued Trump himself, OANN and Newsmax.
