God does not MAKE your decisions for you. You are born either a man or a woman, with all the required body parts of your BORN GENDER. Our bodies are created by God, but our personalities are formed by our DNA which is passed on to us by our ancestors and the choices they made that formed their personality. While it’s not sinning to be attracted to the same sex (unless you’re obsessing and lusting after them), it is sinning to have sex with the same sex.
