For centuries, Christians had believed the Shroud of Turin was used to wrap Jesus Christ’s deceased body in after he had died. Many even thought you could still see the imprint of his face. However, new evidence has emerged which would suggest the Shroud of Turin is fraudulent. Forensic evidence revealed the blood stains on the cloth came from a vertical position as if someone were standing over it.
This would mean the stains are not consistent with someone who had just been crucified. John Moores University, Liverpool, forensic expert Matteo Borrini and his team had been hoping to see if the blood stains were consistent with someone who had been executed on a T-shaped or Y-shaped cross. Instead, the research found the blood splatter came from neither. READ MORE
Wow, “what a shock”.. So this is from forensic experts?? Well the mystery of the Shroud is NOT only based on the blood spatter patterns is it? What about the flogging wounds< what patterns do they make, the imprinted 3D imprinted image of a man who had wounds like Christ's, how do they explain that. The fact that a mere camera without any special lens managed to capture an image from a cloth is also a mystery. The technology to make that kind of "fake" did not even exist by the time the "carbon data" claims the event happened. this carbon data, it has failed to nail the exact time of anything really, it always approximate and my knowledge about approximation is that you are actually guessing, you could be a million or thousands years short.. Sorry "experts" you are just grasping at straws. Here is a challenge, please make a fake cloth with the same characteristic, using the current technology and see how you fail..
