A Montana man who was seriously injured in a horrific car accident says that he spent time in heaven after falling deeply unconscious for seven days. Tom Dolezal was driving through Wolf Creek Canyon in Helena when he collided head-on with another truck pulling a horse trailer. Knocked out and with 22 broken bones, Dolezal is absolutely convinced he saw Jesus Christ in person. “I flew up into Heaven… and Heaven is stacked,” he told the Liberty County Times. He told the newspaper that he witnessed Jesus walking in a field during his eight-day coma.
According to the Great Falls Tribune, Dolezal said he saw people in purple robes, and even spotted an angel with a “very pleasant” if tired face and short pants. Many others have claimed to see Jesus and visit heaven after serious accidents. One such person was Dr. Mary Neal, who appeared on “The Billy Hallowell Podcast” last year to discuss her staggering spiritual experience that followed a deadly kayaking accident. READ MORE
Sorry, but I don’t believe this.
The Bible says that
“And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.” John 3:13
The Bible says explicitly in the Old Testament that death is like a sleep.
“For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten.” Ecclesiastes 9:5.
The disciples of Jesus indicated that they understood how death worked…some of them anyway.
In the death of Lazarus…Jesus hung behind. He told his disciples that Lazarus was sick. When they said that would help him get better…Jesus had to bluntly tell them that he was dead.
When Jesus arrived at Lazarus’s residence…his sister remarked “Lord if you had been here..my brother wouldn’t have died.” (paraphrasing here.)
Jesus said to her that Lazarus would live again. She said that yes…Lazarus would live again at the Resurrection.
Too many churches today are mistaking Resurrection Day for a rapture type of event.
The word rapture is not in the Bible…and this is a dangerous doctrine.
People will eventually ALL see the Antichrist revealed…and they will be confused..as their churches taught them that their was a rapture event.
When they see they will have to live through it…they will turn on their faith… This doctrine of rapture is an error…and it needs to stop being taught,
Luke 16:23
“And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and say Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
” Then he cried out and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my toungue; for I am tormented in this flame.’
