In the Bible, Revelations tells of a prophecy, the mark of the Beast, the appearance of which would be one of the signs of the end times. The mark would be required of every person and, “they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark.” Now, a company is developing a technology that is eerily familiar to these verses. Could this be the mark of the Beast? Software company Chaotic Moon has developed what they call a “tech tattoo” that would be embedded into a person’s arm and could track the person’s financial and medical information, according to WCBS.
The company’s hardware creative technologist, Eric Schneider, explained that the tattoo could also monitor if a person is about to get sick. “Rather than going to the doctor once a year for your physical, this tech tattoo can be something you put on your body once a year and it monitors everything that they would do in a physical and it sends that to your doctor, and if there’s an issue they can call you,” Schneider said.
