Three prominent tech CEOs have collaborated on a significant artificial intelligence infrastructure initiative under President Donald Trump’s administration, which has been described as a multi-billion dollar investment promising to impact humanity as a whole.

During an interview with Fox News anchor Bret Baier on “Special Report,” Oracle founder Larry Ellison emphasized the importance of this investment, stating, “This is a very large investment that affects all of humanity.”

On the first full day of his second term, President Trump announced this extensive AI infrastructure project, which is backed by private sector leaders.

The initiative, named Stargate, includes partnerships between SoftBank, OpenAI, and Oracle to establish data centers across the U.S. tailored for AI operations.

Ellison highlighted the potential of the Stargate initiative to transform various industries, particularly healthcare.

He mentioned, “It’s really a revolution in medicine. But it’s a revolution in many other industries as well. Medicine just touches us all.”

He elaborated on the implications of this investment, noting that it could lead to advancements such as vaccines that prevent cancers and enhanced personalized medicine.

Ellison remarked that the project aims to improve early detection and response to potential health crises, suggesting that it could provide early warnings for viral outbreaks—like COVID-19—allowing for timely intervention before they escalate into epidemics.

The initial funding for the Stargate project is set at $100 billion, with aspirations to grow the investment to $500 billion over time. “This means we can create A.I. and A.G.I. in the United States of America. {it] wouldn’t have been obvious that this was possible,”

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said. “I think with a different president it might not have been possible. But we are thrilled to get to do this, and I think it’ll be great for Americans, great for the whole world.” next four years.

The first data center built under the initiative will be in Texas, and it will eventually expand to other states.
