According to a report from the USGS, back-to-back powerful earthquakes have struck both the Philippines and Indonesia. A magnitude 6.4 earthquake struck Cabra, Philippines followed by a magnitude 6.6 earthquake that struck Pariaman, Indonesia, moments later.
