(OPINION) ETH – CNN’s news anchor Don Lemon, recently raised some eyebrows when he claimed this week that Jesus “admittedly was not perfect” when He was here on earth. “Here’s the thing,” Lemon told fellow CNN anchor Chris Cuomo, who is Catholic. “Jesus Christ — if that’s who you believe in, Jesus Christ — admittedly was not perfect when He was here on this earth.”
Of course, Cuomo, despite his own catholic belief, nodded in approval to the ridiculous statement. “So why are we deifying the founders of this country, many of whom owned slaves, and the Constitution — the original one — they didn’t want, they put slavery in there, that slavery should be abolished because it was the way the king wanted, and then the Congress said, ‘No way,’” Lemon continued.
Hey @donlemon, I’m not sure where you got the idea that Jesus wasn’t “perfect,” but I’d love to share with you all the ways he was more perfect than we could ever imagine.
His perfection is the reason we have any hope in this broken world.

But this really shouldn’t be of a surprise because according to Faithwire In 2011, writing about his own faith and his sexual orientation, Lemon explained he no longer attends church services but does “believe in a higher power.” According to the report, several Christian leaders responded to Lemon’s blasphemous statement that Jesus was not perfect.
One of them, Dr. Derwin L. Gray, a pastor based in North Carolina, tagged Lemon in a tweet, writing, “Good sir, Jesus was perfect. He had no sin. He is the unblemished Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.” “If you want theological advice,” Gray added, “hit me up, please.”
Just a few days ago Cuomo stated that they don’t need Almighty God, so his nod of approval to Lemon’s blasphemous statement should not surprise anyone. These men are anti-God and anti-Christ.
LOL, every demon in and out of hell believes in a higher power obviously, you can tell by how they spoke to Yeshua when confronted.
