British intelligence chiefs are developing a futuristic piece of technology that could use the vast amounts of data held online to predict when and where a terrorist attack may take place before it happens and has opened the project to computer scientists who can help create a ‘behavioural analytics’ system. identification scanners to track and monitor individuals who are deemed a security threat.
