Has caused a major road collapse in the city of Vladivostok in Russia’s the Far East. The incident took place during excavation works while a building was being constructed. People were evacuated following the collapse. More than 20 holes were found in the Cho Don district, each measuring 2-5 meters in width and 2-3 meters in depth.
