Walmart has apologized for making an ISIS battle flag cake after refusing to decorate a cake with an image of the Confederate flag. Chuck Netzhammer said in a YouTube video that Walmart wouldn’t make him a cake that featured the Confederate flag and the words, “Heritage Not Hate.”
He then returned to the store to request a cake with the ISIS battle flag, and Walmart made it for him. Netzhammer charged the Slidell, La., store with “alienating southern Americans” through its actions. Walmart has since apologized, insisting that the employee who made the cake didn’t recognize the ISIS flag. READ MORE

I guess a lot of it depends on the fool behind the counter . There are a lot of their employees that actually have no clue with reference to whats going on in the world around them. So Walmart may have a valid argument.
