Is Obama Surrendering South China Sea to Red Chinese Government?

On his show Friday, nationally syndicated radio show host Mark Levin addressed the territorial disputes of the South China Sea saying “Obama is surrendering” the South China Sea to the Red Chinese government. “Now, in addition to controlling the South China Sea, because Obama is surrendering it, they have now claimed the airspace over the South China Sea,” stated Levin.
