Dutch Sheets, author of the best-selling book Intercessory Prayer and an international speaker, thinks it would—and he’s got Scripture to back him up. Dutch points to Matthew 18:19-20 for biblical support: “Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by My Father who is in heaven.
