Reports indicated that over 100 adolescents were present at the residence wearing matching t-shirts, with many consuming alcohol that was readily available in coolers throughout the home.

One individual was located on the front lawn experiencing a medical emergency related to alcohol consumption, necessitating intervention from the Brevard County Fire Rescue as stated by the Cocoa Beach Police Department.

According to the police press release, during the incident, Hill-Brodigan was observed by law enforcement officers in the driveway of her residence, turning off the outdoor lights and re-entering her home.

This action prompted the fire rescue team to utilize auxiliary lighting on their vehicle to assist a juvenile in need.

Furthermore, an additional intoxicated minor was apprehended near the residence during a traffic stop, resulting in the driver’s arrest on charges of driving under the influence.

Karly Anderson disclosed to law enforcement that she was employed as a teacher at Roosevelt Elementary School and was found to be intoxicated at the time of the event.

Officers reported that Anderson approached them, identified herself as a teacher, and admitted to attending the party.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Hill-Brodigan on charges of child neglect, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and conducting an open house party.

Anderson has also been arrested on similar charges of child neglect and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Brevard Public Schools has stated that both individuals have been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the police investigation.

The school district expressed their concern regarding these allegations and emphasized their commitment to cooperating fully with the Cocoa Beach Police Department. They reaffirmed that the safety of students remains their highest priority.
