Vladamir Putin has vowed to massively increase his chilling arsenal of Oreshnik missiles as he continues to blitz his way through Ukraine.
Russia’s tyrant gleefully boasted about his new hypersonic war toy in his latest rambling speech as he vowed to crush his enemies and directly threatened Volodymyr Zelensky.
Kremlin forces mounted a 90-missile-strong blitz overnight in revenge for Kyiv’s use of Western long-range weapons inside Russia.
The attack targeted the country’s energy infrastructure through cruise missiles and kamikaze drones – as civilians hid in bomb shelters.
Almost a million people throughout the country were left without power in the overnight blitz, the government said.
The attack took place under Putin’s orders despite the despot being in Kazakhstan for the summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
The aging 72-year-old took to the stage today as he spoke about his rampant war on Ukraine and the latest developments.
He called out Nato nations for aiding Ukraine as he reiterated his stance on them now being directly involved in the conflict.
Kyiv launched US ATACMS missiles against Putin’s territory on November 11 – and British Storm Shadow rockets just two days later.
The move angered the Kremlin who swiftly responded by launching a powerful new weapon on Ukraine known as the Oreshnik missile.
Putin told the CSTO audience that he was forced to use the hypersonic firing system to push back on Nato allies.
He also lauded the weapon as unbeatable, saying nothing in any other military’s arsenal compares.
Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia might target Ukraine’s key decision-making centers in Kyiv with its “never-before-seen” hypersonic ballistic missile Oreshnik [Hazel tree] as part of its ongoing military strategy.
Speaking at the CSTO summit in Astana on Thursday, Nov. 28, Putin said that Russian military officials are currently selecting targets across Ukraine – including military facilities, industrial sites, and command centers in Kyiv.
Putin also discussed Russia’s recent deployment of the “Oreshnik” [Hazel tree] missile system to the Ukrainian city of Dnipro on Nov. 21, a weapon he claimed “has no global equivalent.”
“Oreshnik [Hazel tree] affects even highly protected and deep-lying objects,” Putin said, describing the missile as capable of reaching speeds of 3 kilometers (1.9 miles) per second and temperatures of 4,000 degrees Celsius (7,232 degrees Fahrenheit).
“Everything in the explosion’s epicenter is divided into fractions, into elementary particles, and turns into dust.”
Putin said that the “Oreshnik” [Hazel tree] system does not use nuclear warheads, which means there is no radioactive fallout.
“Although ‘Oreshnik’ is certainly not a weapon of mass destruction… it is highly accurate,” he said. “There is no nuclear charge here, and therefore no nuclear contamination after its use.”
