(ETH) – A strong magnitude 6.0 earthquake has struck west-northwest of Lampa, Peru according to the USGS. There were no immediate reports about any damage or casualties.
Last year, this same region was struck by a powerful 8.0-magnitude earthquake that left two people dead and over 30 injured.
