Reports out of Kansas indicate that a small earthquake rattled southern Kansas on Sunday. The USGS reported that a magnitude 4.5 earthquake struck about 2 miles (3 kilometers) southwest of Hutchinson shortly after 1 p.m.
The initial reports indicated a magnitude 4.4 earthquake but was later upgraded. As of now, there has been no damage reported. The quake took place near where several others have happened before in Reno County.
