(News Channel 9) – A voluntary recall has been issued for hamburger and hot dog buns sold at popular retailers, including Publix, Piggly Wiggly and Walmart, after plastic pieces were found in the food. Flower Foods Inc., issued the recall for buns and other baked goods on Tuesday due to the potential presence of hard plastic pieces were found in production equipment that could have been transferred to the product.
