Americans in Saudi Arabia warned to ‘take extra precautions’ by State Dept amid terror threat

Americans in Saudi Arabia are being warned about a “potential, imminent threat against U.S. citizens” Wednesday and are being urged to travel with caution by the US State Department. Reports indicate that the agency tweeted out a brief statement with the headline,

“Reports of a potential imminent threat” in Jeddah. The imminent threats have been given to areas flooded with Westerners, such as “markets, restaurants and shopping malls,” among others, the alert said.
