If a man simply identifies as a woman, he is now allowed to use ladies’ rooms in many public schools and retail stores across America – but what if he identifies as a dog? That’s right: There’s now a major movement in which humans “identify” as the furry little critters. The trend exploded in the last 15 years, particularly among homosexual men who enjoy wearing leather and dog-like hoods, according to London’s Guardian.
The wannabe pooches also love to have their stomachs rubbed and their ears tickled. They fetch squeaky toys and eat chow out of dog bowls. And they have romantic relationships with their human “handlers.” In fact, the craze has at least 10,000 followers in the U.K., and there’s even a documentary about the phenomenon, “Secret Life of Human Pups.” FULL REPORT
Well if this doesn’t come under the “strong delusion” heading I don’t know what does. What I find lacking in all these “identity” issues is what the mental health profession as a whole has to say about all this. There has got to be some recognition of personality, or whatever disorder because all this has now “jumped the shark”. People think they are caring, compassionate, understanding when they support some of this stuff when people should be seeking professional care.

So what’s next? Hopefully they won’t want litter boxes in public bathrooms too! I really don’t think this is a strong delusion- its people who are afraid to grow up. My little granddaughter who is 7 likes to pretend things, like being a doggie or kitty so she can get attention, but even she knows the difference between make-believe and reality. Seems these “adults” are afraid to grow up- just kids playing make-believe for real, most likely to get attention. They have no self worth evidently, no identity of who they are created to be. They probably believe they came from an amoeba, a fish or a monkey and think they are an accident and their life has no meaning. Meeting the Lord their creator can change their lives and show them who they are and what they were created for. Jesus is the only answer.
