(Ryan Lestrange) The Lord continues to emphasize to me the critical nature of our kingdom alignments in 2016. The relationships that are being established and secured in this “year of the peg” are vital to advance in the destiny of God for our lives. One of the major hindrances is choosing to walk with those who continually manifest a spirit of disagreement and contention. The Lord warns us about being tied to an angry man and the transfer of his ways to our lives:
Prov. 22:24-25– Make no friendship with an angry man, and with a furious man you will not go, lest you learn his ways and get a snare to your soul.
Kingdom purposes will flourish under the strength of kingdom alignments. God will send “partners in destiny”—people that “get” the purpose on your life and are willing to walk it out with you. It can be a great distraction and labor to “carry” someone who is not in agreement with where you are headed. This is a highly effective delay tactic of the enemy.
Amos 3:3– Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
Oftentimes we find ourselves stuck in an unhealthy alignment because there is a soul ties. Our mind and emotions have become knit to a person, place or relationship that is not moving forward in agreement. We must be brave enough to break the emotional dependence and unhealthy relationships. They are limiting progress. It may take the power of The Holy Spirit and deliverance in the soul to break free and move forward. Alignments are key—walking with those who are in agreement will accelerate progress!
