Earthquake reported in southeastern Ohio

An earthquake has been reported in southeast Ohio.  According to the United States Geological Survey website, the quake happened about a mile south of McArthur in Vinton County. The epicenter was just off State Route 93.  The USGS says it

was a 3.4 magnitude earthquake. USGS categorized the earthquake as a “IV” which means light shaking was felt. The quake was reported just after noon Wednesday.  WSAZ has reached out to the Vinton Sheriff’s Office and McArthur Police Department who says they haven’t received any reports of damage. READ MORE
