OPINION (ETH) – When you think of getting a tattoo, it probably never crosses your mind to have one on your eyeballs! But that’s not the case for one woman named Amber Luke, who is an alt-model who has reportedly spent more than $25,000 on body modifications, including here latest tattoo which is on her eyeballs!
Amber is now speaking out about how this most expensive procedure ultimately helped her to fully accept herself. Sadly, she is not alone any countless people in the world are seeking affirmation and identity through body modifications and extreme modifications like this! The 24 ear-old, had her eyeballs tattooed late last year which left her temporarily blind for three weeks.
She described the experience by saying: “I can’t even begin to describe to you what the feeling was like, the best thing I can give you is once the eyeball was penetrated with the ink, it felt like [the tattoo artist] grabbed 10 shards of glass and rubbed it in my eye,” But despite it, all the pain and scare of the possibility of losing her sight, Luke, who goes by “Blue Eyes White Dragon” on Instagram, is now claiming the painful incident was “worth it,” and has left her happier than ever. “Every morning when I wake up and look at my eyeballs, it makes me happy because blue is my absolute favorite color!” she told The Sun.
