(ETH) – A distraught Christian Activist has been so disturbed by this year’s Super Bowl halftime show that featured Shakira and Jennifer Lopez performing that he announced on his webcast that he is threatening to sue the NFL. The reason for his lawsuit? Dave Daubenmire, a former central Ohio high school football coach, and right-wing activist claims that the Half-Time show is keeping him “from getting into heaven” and that it put him “in danger of hellfire,” according to a report from the New York Daily News.
Mr. Daubenmire exclaimed “I saw crotch shots… You didn’t tell me I was going to watch it,” he said. “You just brought it into my living room. You didn’t tell me there were going to be crotch shots.” According to the report, Daubenmire wants to file a class-action lawsuit for $867 trillion as compensation for the “crotch shots” that conservative viewers were forced to watch.
The coach went on to say “That’s discriminatory against the values I have in my house — you can’t just do that,” he said. “I want to sue them. I want to sue them for about $867 trillion dollars.” Daubenmire didn’t leave it there, He then went on to post another video to Facebook on Monday, furthering his desire to sue the NFL. “I tuned in to watch the football game,” he said in the video. “I didn’t tune in to see J. Lo’s crotch.”
