(ETH) – According to reports across the internet, residents from Malaysia and Singapore witnessed a large and stunning fireball blaze through the sky and one video of the event has gone viral. Dashcam
footage of the meteor streaking through the darkness was uploaded to YouTube by user Violet Crystal, who wrote that it was filmed about 5 am on Wednesday in Johor Bahru. According to the International Meteor Organization’s website there are four reports of fireball sightings at 5 am.
