4.6 earthquake strikes near Barstow, CA – Felt in LA and Las Vegas

(ETH) – According to the LA Times, A magnitude 4.6 earthquake just struck in the Mojave Desert sending seismic waves as far away as Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

The report indicated that the earthquake took place 33 miles from Apple Valley, 37 miles from Adelanto, 37 miles from California City and 37 miles from Victorville. There have been no initial reports of damage.
