MassLive – A small earthquake was detected in one Massachusetts community on Tuesday evening. The United States Geological Survey reports there was a 2.1 magnitude earthquake in Plymouth around 5:30 p.m. The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency reported that there were no reports of any damage from the minor earthquake.

The United States Geological Survey said the earthquake was about 1 mile north of Plymouth center The earthquake had a depth of just under 5 miles. According to the United States Geological Survey, only a handful of people reported feeling the earthquake.
