OPINION (Charisma) – Paula White Cain opened Donald Trump’s re-election rally on Tuesday night with prophetic declarations over the president. “I pray for the Spirit of the Lord to rest upon our president, and let Your favor cause his horn, his power to be exalted according to Psalm Chapter 89 verse 17,” White prayed before the packed-out rally.
