(TWC) – A 5.6 magnitude earthquake struck near the Pacific coast of far Northern California Saturday night. This earthquake follows a swarm of quakes that took place off the coast of Oregon yesterday. The United States Geological Survey says the earthquake struck at 8:53 p.m.

Saturday about 37 miles south-southwest of Eureka. Residents of northwest California felt the earthquake, but there are no reports of any damage, according to The Associated Press. READ MORE
