(The Oklahoman) – Residents of Grant County were rattled by an earthquake Friday afternoon, but no serious damage has been reported. Preliminary information from the U.S. Geological Survey indicates the quake hit just after 3:30 p.m. Friday and was a magnitude 4.4, with the epicenter about 5.8 miles east of Pond Creek.
