(News Channel 9) – A Utah couple said they’re in love, but they’re first cousins and it’s illegal for them to marry in their home state. Michael Lee and his wife Angie tied the knot in Colorado where it is legal to marry. can’t but you can be friends,'” Lee told KTVX. Family vacations would bring the two together, but social norms would draw them apart again. Michael said, “Life was unfair.
