(Charisma News) Over 2 billion people who profess belief in Christianity each Sunday gather all over the world to worship God. It is a remarkable occurrence that should make us think and give pause over the significance of such a united event weekly. Just imagine in your mind when praying and bowing the head, when lifting up your hands or voice in worship: You are at the same time joining countless other believers at that very minute in the same worship of our Risen Lord. He rather followed the custom of His day in attending the synagogue services along with other devout religious of the day. It was not until after the Messiah was resurrected and had ascended that the apostles—in many cases no longer accepted in the synagogues—by the direction of the Holy Spirit encouraged the weekly gathering of disciples of Jesus. Wow, what a reflection. However, could anyone (using Scripture, not feelings or traditions or assumptions) point to the verse in the Bible, which says the “LORD’s DAY” or “Day of the LORD” has been changed from the Sabbath to the first day of the week (i.e. Sunday). Bearing in mind that the catechism of Roman Catholic says that, the (the church) change was done on their power not GODs’. Also on the same point, please point to us any verse from the Bible which even suggest that Mary should be prayed to or has any part in salvation. Bearing in mind that there is ONLY ONE Mediator between man and GOD. When the mark of the beast i.e. Sunday enforcement is here, a lot of us will still be thinking that a microchip is the mark of the beast because of articles like this. The beast which carries the 666 number has been identified as the Roman Catholic Church.. they are the only power that changed the law of God (10 commandments i.e. deleted the 2nd, cut the 4th and divided the 10th), the time of worship from Sabbath to Sunday, makes & bow down to graven images, still claims that they have the power to change the word of God as they please, ruled with absolute power for 1260 years (538-1798). Need we say more about facts that perfectly align with Scripture.? Scripture even says the beast will use purple & red as their main colors, just look at the main colors of priests, alter boys/girls, bishops, etc of the Roman Catholic..
