the media arm of Al-Qaeda In The Arabian Peninsula, or AQAP, released on Friday a propaganda video featuring Sudanese national and former Gitmo detainee Ibrahim Al-Qusi, a onetime financial asset for al Qaeda who was arrested in December 2001 and spent more than 10 years as a convicted terrorist in Gitmo before being released to Sudan in 2012.
