Christians leading discipleship programs in Southeast Asia have said that expanding efforts are helping hundreds of Muslims learn about and accept Christ. Persecution watchdog group Open Doors USA posted a report on its discipleship programs in the region on Monday, though it did not identify the specific Southeast Asia country in question, and used changed names for security purposes, given the
dangerous circumstances for believers. One believer named Paulus, who is leading more than 20 lay
leaders to teach the Bible to Muslim background believers, said that the first and most important step is following Jesus. “You can’t expect a new believer to understand the Bible without proper guidance. Nah, should be simple… here are few examples… a photo of you, “is you” but isn’t you at the same time, your spouse and yourself are two totally different people with the same last name, your child is the spitting image of you and your spouse with the same genetic information but again, is a separate person. The ability we have to take photos, have spouses and children are due to the existence of time and space. Photography works by capturing light information and of course light travels through time and space, you grow up (in time) to maturity, get married and have children. God exists in a place with no time or space, therefore there is no time for a spouse to exist as a separate individual, just the father and Holy Spirit as one, there is no time for a photo, just His image, no time to have a child yet his spitting image,again, exists, there’s no time for all three of these to exist as separate entities… His word, His image, His Son, Etc. All exist as one. However, in the realm of time and space, we perceive these attributes as being three separate components of the Godhead. Much like the way we perceive time, time is one yet we perceive it as past, present, and future due to space.
