Steve Magill, author of the new book Revelation and the Age of Antichrist, says “Russia’s revived treaty with Syria is important because the Antichrist will appear out of Syria.
Scripture also records Russia as the feet of the Antichrist ordained to mobilize his empire.” Magill notes that in Daniel 7 an empire with the national symbol of a bear will be on the world stage concurrently with three other empires, also known by their animal symbol. These empires are identified as a lion with eagle wings (Great Britain and the United States); a bear (Russia); and a leopard (Islam). Sorry but that is a horrible interpretation of Daniel 7, just no. I agree that the antichrist is close and maybe even alive today, but I’m sure Daniel 7 does not have those meanings on the nations.
First, I believe the anti-christ will come from the EU (revived Roman Empire), not the middle-east. Secondly, the animal sign of the leopard is Germany never Islam…
The Anti- Christ will not arise out of Syria but the revived Roman Empire if you look at Isaiah 17:1 it clearly states that Damascus will be a ruinous heap never to be inhabited again. Most of Syria is but destroyed and only Damascus is currently left to date. I would not classify Syria even near being an empire.

The table is being set for the battle between good and evil. Iran and Russia will attack Iseral. The planes will fall from the as they reach Iseral borders. They have the weapon to do that. Russia, Syria and Iran have a mutual aid agreement. I believe the anti Christ is alive today. Evil is allowed to run rampant. Very dangerous times given the ignorance of the liberal half of the United States. Scary times.
It was believed by the apostle John that the Antichrist will be a jew. How about a “Christian” with a Jewish bloodline who has converted to Islam ?
