(By Dr. Dave Williams) As mentioned in Part One of this article, It is possible to be a professing Christian and not actually be in the faith. I shared 11 tips people should take to heart if they miss the rapture. Here are the final pieces of counsel to survive this terrible time if you miss God’s first roundup—the rapture.
12. Do not in any way, under any circumstances, align with the world leader.
Everyone is going to love him and even worship him. But if you listen to his lies, you’ll be drawn into a strong delusion that will seal your eternal fate (2 Thess. 2:9–12). You will be soon banished to hell because you didn’t love the truth.
13. Refuse to take a mark, a name, a number or a chip in your right hand or your forehead.
Refuse any microchip injections because Revelation 13 says this powerful world leader will require everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead. But once you get it, you will belong to Satan forever. It’s better to be shut out of the world economy and lose your physical life than be damned forever to the lake of fire (Rev. 14:9–11). The life of many believers during this time of the final shabua will end in beheading for refusal to take the mark of the beast (Rev. 20:4). MORE
I’d think that the more important thing to do here, would be to examine yourself to see whether you ARE or AREN’T ‘in the faith’! Why wait? The Scripture is clear that,”…if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation”. That is how we are saved. If you are saying, “yeah…but you have to…” or something similar, you may not be in the faith! God made it simple. Yes, there is development after salvation for sure, but remember the thief on the cross next to Jesus. Faith, ‘as a grain of mustard seed’ will suffice, just like the joining of two tiny seeds, (sperm and ova) make a whole new life, your surrender to Jesus makes you a new creature. When you come to the conclusion that you need Jesus to save you and you call on Him because you believe that He said He took your place on the cross and died for your sin…and that God raised Him from the dead, the Holy Spirit comes to live in you. THAT is SALVATION. That is being born again from above. That means you belong to God. Now, in a great house there are vessels to honor and to dishonor…we are not talking about that. We are making sure of the foundation. Is this YOUR foundation? Or are you still thinking about all the things ‘you have to do’? We must not confuse service with salvation. A lot of the confusion is because people put the ‘cart before the horse’. Service will come as a result of what the Holy Spirit is doing in your heart and life. Service in NOT Christianity. But, many think that if they do ‘good works’, or attend church, or participate in religious duties that they are ‘obviously’ saved, and if you don’t do such things you must not be saved. NO. Salvation, which is our union with God as described above, comes first…then HE does that work in you. So, ARE YOU SAVED? Have you been born-again? If your answer is yes then keep seeking Him and don’t get entangled with what others say you have to do…let Him lead you into the good works He has prepared for you, (Eph 2:8-10, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them”). If you are not SURE, then ASK! Do you believe what God did for you? Don’t be ashamed. Confess your heart to Him…talk to Him just like you would to anyone you love, be honest, and believe what He has said. After that lean on Him for everything and you will find Him faithful to guide you and make sure you are truly ready for His return.
Amen, Pamela. Too many of us as christians are consumed more with thinking that our works are the key to becoming closer to Jesus instead of just being obedient to the Lord when we are truly grounded in our faith as Christians then we will have no questions about what it will take for us to truly enter the kingdom of heaven because when we become obedient to the Lord and the word everything else falls into the place because God knows the heart and if your heart is truly faithful and you love the Lord with all your heart your mind your spirit then you should have no questions about whether or not God is going to be taking care of you as he promised and you know his word Never Comes back void so anything that God speaks to you about in your spirit heart and mind you know that it is true because God cannot tell a lie. God said it best in Ephesians 2:8-10 enough said. I hope that the Lord moves you to post more of your thoughts about his grace and His glory my sister in Christ. I will be looking on this site to see if you post anything else God bless you God bless you and you have a wonderful life. Not Just a wonderful day or a blessed day but a blessed life and a wonderful life God bless you.
I think this was a point made in the first 9 things that were posted before.
Read the BOOK !
Aultominous God is in his patience ready to rescue everybody from the this sinful and dying world with the twinkle of an eye. That is to say one half of a second.????.This is not an ufo or something that is a lie.????.It is written in the Holy Bible to save all believers from Hell.
The rapture is a lie. There will be one and only one return of Jesus. When he returns it will be over for everyone. Millennialism is false doctrine.
