Matthew 11:12  – And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.

Here in America we have Christians who will give up on God or leave the Church for the most ridiculous reasons we could imagine, such as not getting a handshake from the Pastor, Not being able to get their solo in the choir or praise team, Perhaps the sermon is too long, or they didn’t like the color of the carpet that chosen for the sanctuary. But meanwhile, The Chinese Government has taken aggressive steps to “contain” Church growth, including rezoning and demolishing churches. Reports indicate that One woman, the wife of a pastor, had enough and defiantly stood in front of a bulldozer that was about to demolish their church.

Sadly the bulldozer continued and ended up plowing over her and they buried her alive.  The risks are huge, but the faithful believers in China are not backing down – but are making their face like flint and being even more discreet. Last year new reports surfaced that approximately a 100 million people throughout China have started to worship in “underground churches” over traditional ones. How would you respond to such persecution? Would you continue to serve God or tuck tail and run?
