Utah’s most prominent anti-porn lawmaker wants to give people the ability to sue pornographers in an attempt to prove that watching their product causes emotional and psychological damage. It is one of two related bills being drafted by state Sen. Todd Weiler, R-Woods Cross, who received national attention for leading the 2016 resolution declaring a public
health crisis caused by pornography, a first in the United States. Weiler is working on a second bill that he says would close a loophole requiring public libraries to filter out pornography on wireless internet connections, not just wired connections. I am a public health professional. We are killed at the tune of 36 thousand a year by our guns and countless others maimed for life, year after year after year, yet these jokers are concerned about about porn! We need to perhaps shoot off our guns a little less, not our private parts idiots.
Since they are so eager to infringe on freedom of the press, free expression, voting rights, and privacy, how bout they try infringing on gun rights too. That might actually mean something. That WILL actually save lives as all the data in the world testifies to. Idiots.
