An 18-wheel truck weighing approximately 55,000 pounds collapsed into a sinkhole Tuesday morning in Hall County, Ga. The Badger Hydrovac truck was carrying 1,600 gallons of water, which along with the truck’s fuel was pumped out to make it lighter to remove,
