(By Joyce Meyer) If you have received Christ as your Savior, then you have an enemy. Did you know that? I know some people feel uncomfortable talking about the devil, but he is real, and it’s important for us to face the truth about him so we can have a victorious life in Christ. Now, we don’t need to be afraid of him, because as believers in Jesus, the Holy Spirit who lives in us is greater than our enemy in the world (1 John 4:4). But we can’t ignore the enemy’s attacks and overcome him. And the Word of God tells us how to “fight the good fight of faith” (1 Tim. 6:12, AMP) using the weapon of the Word.

Ephesians 6:12 (NKJV) says, “We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness.” And 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 (NKJV) says, “The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.” READ MORE
