A nurse with 15 years’ experience has been sacked after discussing Christianity and offering to pray with patients before operations. Sister Sarah Kuteh was dismissed for breaching guidelines, even though her job involved asking people preparing for surgery about their religion. The mother-of-three, who is now suing the hospital for unfair dismissal, said she was offering solace to patients she believed were happy to chat about their beliefs, and described her sacking as

Wow.. persecution big time, in which we were told would happen. I was reading the comments below this story and I have to agree with someone whom said ” Mrs. Kuteh, your reward is not of this earth”.. very true… our reward awaits us… hang in there!!
Congratulations for standing up for your faith. God will never leave you or forsake you. I am a retired nurse. I have prayed with people also. I didn’t get fired but I’m sure I made some people uncomfortable. Thank you for being strong and not being ashamed of God and your conviction. I’ll be praying for you. Praise God, you have won. Blessings, Sybil lumpkin
I assume since she is identified as “sister” and mention of the “Mail” this is from the U.K.. Unfortunately similar atrocities are becoming commonplace here in the U.S.. Former Democratic Chair Debbie Wasserman Shultz purposed that Christians be barred from government all government jobs. ( including elected office ) One step from revolving citizenship!
wow!…..Shultz said that about Christians?…the Jewish did a great job keeping a lid on it….I must gugul this
I had surgery once I prayed alone … are we not allowed to pray now in hospitals now? or are they just wanting to replace her with a family/friend? … my goodness
God will fullfil his purpose thru you my sister. Prayer of the righteous avail much. God had won the victory for you.
bad. she prayed for security. is that not allowed
