Indiana has welcomed 150 Syrian refugees since the state’s governor tried to keep them out. It comes after a federal judge squashed Gov. Mike Pence’s order blocking state agencies from helping them re-settle there.

After the terrorist attack in Paris, Pence said he didn’t believe the refugees were being screened properly. Lawyers for the state will go before a federal appeals court next week to try to have the judge’s decision overturned. READ MORE
