NASA is preparing in advance for the possibility of a giant asteroid that is larger than Empire State Building and will be traveling at an estimated 63,000 MPH. If this asteroid was to strike the Earth it would result in nothing less than an ELE. or and Extinction Level Event. and The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is taking the threat very seriously that it will soon launch a probe to prevent the future catastrophe from taking place.
Reports are indicating that this asteroid called “Bennu” which was a name given by ancient Egyptian mythology to an ancient Egyptian deity that was linked with the sun, creation, and rebirth. It may have been the inspiration for the phoenix in Greek mythology. Bennu will be traveling 63,000 miles per hour, and weigh over 60 million tons and has the diameter of around 500 meters. “Bennu” is larger than the Empire State building and has been compared to the destructive asteroid in the Hollywood movie “Armageddon.”
I recommend we send Bruce Willis and his team up there..
But on a serious note what is NASA going to do?
Blow it up or heated up.
I would attach a small counterweight to it and put it into a spin and have it wobble away.
