Man Accused Of Building Chemical Weapon Inside Walmart

I’ve seen a lot of strange things inside a Walmart store, but I have never seen someone building a chemical weapon inside one. But apparently, there’s a first for everything, and now a video has been released out of California of a man who police claim was building a chemical weapon inside a Walmart store in Oxnard. The man was reportedly wearing all black and is seen in the security footage from June 18 blending in like any other shopper.

Authorities are claiming the man went to the store after conducting research online on how to build a chemical weapon. Once inside the store, police said the man assembled all of the ingredients from store shelves, which included some kind of electronic appliance and used a socket near the stationary section to plug in the appliance, which was then designed to detonate the chemical weapon.
