You need to read the full chapter as he is talking about when the Lord is living in Jerusalem and from the Lord living waters will flow from Jerusalem. What is happening now is a mystery it doesn’t have anything to do with the prophecy in Zachariah 14. You can’t take one verse and use it to fit your needs.

You sure are angry at a God that you say doesn’t exist! That might be a sign of mental illness – to become rageful and hate-filled toward an imaginary being. They actually put people in hospitals for this very thing.
Or, perhaps the TRUTH is that you know fully well that God is not some imaginary being, but rather, He is GOD and He is going to judge you one day.
