DEVELOPING: Knife Attack In Japan ‘leaves at least 19 dead and 45 injured

A man with a knife has reportedly killed at least 19 people and injured 45 in Japan, according to reports.
It is believed the attacker went into a centre for disabled people in the city of Sagamihara, west of Tokyo, using a knife to carry out the attack. According to witnesses,

the Police were called to the scene at around 2.30am local time after residents saw a man armed with a knife in the grounds of the Tsukui Yamayuri Garden. The suspect has been arrested and reported as being a former member of staff at the centre. The city is known for its US Army base.
